  • I solely provide yoga services virtually through my video Telehealth platform, Healthie.

    Using Healthie telehealth platform, I can give instruction and feedback via video/audio and clients are able to accesss their yoga sessions from the comfort of their home.

  • Individual sessions are intended for personalized instruction where movement can be tailored towards your specific goals. Before and during individual sessions, we can discuss goals and any relevant information to support you during the individual session.

    Group sessions can still be helpful for individuals, however, instruction is generalized to support a group setting.

  • Sessions range from 45-60 minutes. The first 5-15 mins is usually used to discuss goals for the session and to discuss any physical activity concerns.

  • Individual Yoga Sessions: $125 for 45-60 minutes.

    3 Individual Yoga Session Package: $315

    With indivudal sessions - we can take each yoga pose or stretch slowly and focus on alignment detail to ensure physical safety and grow knowledge on the mind and body connection.
