Welcome to Cisneros Nutrition!

I am a neurodivergent Mexican-American dietitian and yoga instructor in Houston. I use my personal experiences and professional skills to help you on your personal journey. Together, we will look at your relationship with food and your body, considering your cultural background and mental health. My specific specialties are working with adult patients who are struggling with nutrition and an eating disorder, diabetes, neurodivergence eating concerns, and more that are listed below.
